Transfers to and from the Embracing Emotions Retreat are not included in the ticket. However, we can arrange collection from Lisbon Airport for an additional fee. This journey will take about 60 minutes. Equally, you can get a train to the local station or a private taxi to the venue. Please contact us for more details after securing your place on the Retreat.

The Early Bird all-inclusive price is only £3,997 (from 1st August 2023 the price increases to £4,997).

After payment and securing your place, tickets are non-refundable and non-transferable. Please ensure that you take out appropriate travel insurance to protect you should any unforeseen events occur so you are covered by your insurer and may get your trip reimbursed.

If you get sick before the Retreat or at the Retreat, we ask that you notify us but please refer to our refund policy which is non-refundable and non-transferable. We will have to pay for all the accommodation, food and venue upfront and in advance so it is with regret that we would not be able to offer you a refund and it is non-transferable. Therefore, please ensure that you take out sufficient insurance to cover yourself in the unfortunate event of a situation arising that is beyond your control and affects you attending the Retreat.

No, this Retreat is not appropriate for young children and we have an age limit of 18 or above. 

No, this Retreat is for people who wish to focus on their own growth work.

No, whilst the Embracing Emotions Retreat does have some horses and dogs on site, pets will not be allowed into the Live Event venue.

Yes! At the time of booking, there is an option to upgrade to the Deep Dive Relaxation which offers a private 60 minutes massage, a private 90 minutes reiki healing session and a private 60 minutes 1-1 session with Wendy K Laidlaw.

Registration will be on the afternoon from 3pm of Monday 2nd October and will continue until the evening. Please see section of Daily Itinerary above for more information and details. The schedule may be subject to change at any time.

Yes, you most certainly will! The content for this Event is completely original and she will be taking you through new information that has never been discussed in any of her previous programs. Also, there will be open group discussions and role playing which opens up plenty more opportunity for additional learning.

Due to the intimate nature of this Event, all people attending will have a chance to speak with Wendy in a group setting at certain points throughout the schedule. Wendy does have a busy schedule so, unfortunately, she will be unable to have any private 1-1 meetings or extended conversations. However, there is a VIP Upgrade option available at the time of booking if you wish to have 1:1 time with Wendy.

This will be kept a very private gathering at this Event so that all attendees feel safe and confident in exploring and embracing their emotions further, and so we can maximise your experience. As such, there will be no more than 6 people (excluding Wendy, assistants and venue staff).
