What is the Refund Policy?
If you require a refund, you must contact us no later than 14th September 2022 (30 days before the Event). After that date, refund requests will not be accepted. All refunds will be less a 10% admin fee.

Can I bring my baby/kids?
No, this Event is not appropriate for young children and we have an age limit of 18. If you have unique circumstance and you need to bring your child, please contact us by 30th September at support@healendometriosisnaturally.com/ZohoDesk and we will consider your request.
Are pets allowed in the Event?
• No, the Waldorf Astoria does NOT allow pets in their hotel.

At this time, there is no VIP or Preferred seating.

What is the Event schedule going to be?
• Registration will be on the morning of 14th October and will continue until the Event starts on the 21st.
• Event will kick off around noon on 14th October and will conclude on 16th October (typically around 6pm).
• Daily schedules aren’t published until you arrive but we plan on starting around 8am and concluding later in the evening each day.
• We do reserve the right to change this schedule at any time.
Does the Hotel offer free parking?
No, the hotel does not offer free parking. However, they have dedicated parking around the back of the Hotel which you can pay for. Other paid local parking is available.
Will there be an opportunity to meet with Wendy?
• Due to the intimate nature of this Event, all women attending will have a chance to speak with Wendy in a group setting at certain points throughout the schedule.
• Wendy does have a busy schedule so, unfortunately, she will be unable to have 1-1 meetings or extended conversations.
Will any meals be provided with my Event ticket?
• There will be some drinks and food provided at different times during the Event, but you are typically responsible for your own meals. • If you are booking a room at the Waldorf Astoria through us, there will be options to have certain meals included.
How many people will be at this Event?
This will be kept a very intimate Event so that all attendees feel safe and confident, and so we can maximise your experience. As such, there will be no more than 60 women (excluding speakers and assistants).
Will all of the speakers be present at the Event or will they present over Zoom on a big screen?
We are hoping to have all speakers in person at the Event, but we have learned over the last 12 months that things can change.
Are we allowed to record audio/video at the Event?
No, recording or live streaming of the event is strictly prohibited. We do, however, encourage you to take lots of pictures!

What Covid protocols will be in place?
We will follow the Government and Hotel Guidelines/Regulations at the time of the event. More information will be provided as appropriate.
Are you going to be enforcing a mask policy?
We ask that you follow all local guidelines and laws with respect to practicing social distancing and wearing a mask in public areas. Please check with local public health and government authorities regarding guidelines or requirements that may be in place during your stay. Our ability to host this Event will be determined by following the rules and regulations at the time of the event.
Can you tell me what health and safety precautions are going to be in place?
We will continue to analyze and make determination on appropriate precautions.
Masks and hand sanitizer will be available.
• We will also be adhering to the local government's and the hotel's policies and guidelines that are in place at the time of the Event.
Do I need a Vaccine to attend?
We will be following covid and safety protocols. At this time, we are NOT planning on requiring attendees to have a vaccine but any health and safety related questions are subject to change. Please note, that depending on where you are flying from, you may be required to be vaccinated or to fill out Covid travel documentation. Please check local government websites to find out more.
What happens if I get sick while travelling to the Event and/or get sick at the Event?
- If you get sick before the Event or at the Event, we ask that you notify us. We may ask for you not to attend depending on the nature of your illness. If it is in relation to unforseen complications in your health condition, you may be subject to a partial refund of your Event ticket.
